Welcome to MilTreats! We take pride in delivering your mission-ready treats, beverages, and collectibles with care and precision. Please review our shipping policy to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.
Shipping Timeline
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt. This excludes weekends and holidays.
• Shipping Days:
• Chocolate Products: To ensure the quality of our chocolate treats, we ship these items on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. This prevents them from sitting in non-climate-controlled environments over the weekend.
• Other Products: Non-chocolate products ship on various days throughout the week, depending on the supplier and location. This flexibility allows us to efficiently ship items from multiple fulfillment centers.
• Transit Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days for U.S. destinations, or longer for international shipments. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives in mission-ready condition. Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, MilTreats no longer has control or authority over the shipment. If your package shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to address the issue before reaching out to us. This ensures the quickest resolution to your concern.
Shipping Restrictions
• Domestic Shipping: We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
• International Shipping: We currently ship to Canada. Please note that international shipments may incur customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Costs
As a startup, our products ship from multiple locations to maintain quality. While we are unable to offer free shipping, rest assured that we prioritize delivering your order efficiently and safely.
Warm Weather Shipping
To maintain the integrity of our chocolate products, we do not ship them during the summer months. Chocolate products are only shipped from early to mid-October through mid to late April, depending on temperatures. This seasonal shipping schedule ensures your treats arrive in top condition. For any concerns or questions about seasonal availability, feel free to contact us.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
• Contact us immediately at info@miltreats.com with your order number and details.
• For damaged items, include photos of the package and products to help us resolve the issue quickly.
• We’ll work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, whether it’s a replacement or refund.
