Your Order Cancellation Rights


You can call off your mission and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Goods—no questions asked.


The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date the Goods were delivered or when a third party you designated (other than the carrier) took possession of the Goods.

We’ll process your reimbursement within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You won’t incur any additional fees for the refund.


Conditions for Returns


To be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:

Goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days.


Non-Returnable Items:


Custom or personalized Goods.

Items that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date.

Unsealed Goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Goods inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.


Note: Goods that fail to meet the above conditions may be denied at our discretion. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We recommend using an insured, trackable mail service. MilTreats cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during return shipping. Refunds will not be issued without proof of delivery or receipt of the returned items.


Gifts


If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. A gift certificate will be emailed to you after we receive the returned product.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

Restocking Fee:


All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
