It is up to you to understand your state regulations for ownership of Standard Capacity (30 Crayon) Dispenser. If you live in a state that restricts Dispensers to 10 Crayon we will automatically ship the Amend2 10/30 Crayon, a dispenser from Amend 2 that has the body of a 30 crayon dispenser so that the look is the same as the product photo, but internally it is restricted to a 10 crayon capacity. FYI if you order the wrong Dispenser we will not refund your the different because your made of do extra work to make should no one get in trouble. Thank you.
